SUPPORT & RESOURCES
There’s a place for connecting with other women, sharing what’s happening and having a laugh over all the ups and downs of life. But sometimes what you’re dealing with needs a different kind of support.
Sally Something and Frazzled & Friends are about conversation, connection and practical support. They aren’t counselling, therapy, medical care or crisis services. I’m not a mental health professional, and I wouldn’t want you to rely on a group chat or on me when you need qualified help.
If things feel too much, or you’re worried about yourself or someone you love, here are some places you can turn.
In Australia, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department. If you are outside Australia, contact your local emergency number.

The phone services listed above are Australian services. For urgent help, contact your local emergency services or a qualified crisis-support service in your own country.
The groups are small social connection groups, not treatment or professional support. Other group members are also there for friendship and conversation, and nobody is expected to manage another member’s safety or mental health. If you're in crisis, please use professional or emergency support rather than relying on the group or its WhatsApp chat.
