Terms and Conditions · Sally Something
Effective date: 8 October 2026
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sallysomething.com (the Site) and purchases or services provided through Sally Something. The Site is owned and operated by S Perkins trading as Sally Something (we, us).
Sally Something offers digital products, questionnaires, facilitated group experiences and other services described on the relevant sales, application or checkout page.
By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Any additional terms clearly disclosed for a particular product or service also form part of your agreement with us.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content published on the Site and inside Sally Something products is owned by S Perkins or used with permission. This includes images, text, logos, documents, audio, downloadable files and other original materials.
Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. It does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, share, resell, reproduce or redistribute paid materials except where we have given permission or the law allows it.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site and our products and services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- harass or mistreat other users or group participants;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- hack, scrape, interfere with or misuse the Site or its systems;
- share purchased materials or account access with others;
- use our materials to create or sell a substantially copied competing product; or
- use the Site, products or services in breach of applicable law.
4. Products and Services
The current products and services offered by Sally Something are described on their relevant pages. Offers may include digital resources, personalised written responses and facilitated group experiences such as Frazzled & Friends.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and include GST where applicable. Products and services are paid in full unless a payment plan or other arrangement is expressly offered.
We make reasonable efforts to describe each offer accurately. We may update or improve digital materials over time, provided this does not remove rights or benefits already promised to a purchaser.
5. Payments
Where payment is taken through the Site, payments are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout, currently Stripe where applicable. We do not receive or store your full card number.
By submitting payment details, you authorise the relevant payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
Digital products and personalised digital materials are delivered in the way described on the relevant offer page, commonly by email or online access. If something you have paid for does not arrive or cannot be accessed, contact hello@sallysomething.com and we will investigate and put it right.
Services and group experiences are delivered according to the dates, format and arrangements disclosed when you apply, book or purchase.
7. Refunds, Cancellations and Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For major failures with a service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified within a reasonable time. If this is not done, you may be entitled to a refund for the goods or to cancel the service and receive a refund for any unused portion. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For digital products, we do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your Australian Consumer Law rights.
If something goes wrong on our end, such as a duplicate charge, inaccessible file or failed delivery, tell us and we will fix it or provide the remedy required by law.
And if life has genuinely gone sideways, email me. I’m a person, not a policy.
Some services or group experiences may have specific cancellation, withdrawal or rescheduling arrangements because places, preparation or live sessions are involved. Any such terms will be clearly disclosed before you commit and will operate subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Frazzled & Friends and Other Group Experiences
Group experiences depend on respectful participation.
We ask participants to respect the privacy of other members and not repeat, share, screenshot or record another participant’s personal stories or messages outside the group without permission. Sally Something cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential, so please use your own judgement about what you share.
You must not record calls or distribute group content without permission.
We may intervene or, where reasonably necessary, remove a participant whose behaviour is seriously disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unsafe for the group. Any decision will take into account the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
Group experiences are designed to support conversation and connection. They are not therapy, medical care, crisis support or a substitute for professional services.
9. Information and Professional Advice
Sally Something shares personal experience, reflections, educational material and practical tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our content and services are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat or manage a medical or mental health condition. Where you need professional or urgent support, please seek an appropriately qualified professional or emergency/crisis service.
10. Links to Other Websites
The Site and our emails may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, Sally Something is not responsible for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by a user’s unlawful or unauthorised misuse of the Site, products or services.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in this clause removes any rights you have under laws that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms when our business, services or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on the Site with an updated effective date. Where a change materially affects an existing paid service, we will handle that change consistently with our existing commitments and applicable law.
